Search Process

 

Every search is unique due to the specific needs of the client, the relationship of the position to the company's organizational structure, and the distinctive culture into which the candidate must ultimately adapt. Our systematic approach to the search process is comprehensive, yet it is flexible enough to take into account the exceptional needs of each situation.

Throughout the entire search process maximum discretion is used because of the sensitive nature of recruiting and our understanding that any breach of confidentiality can have a negative effect on both client and candidate.

The following is our systematic approach to the search process:
 

  1. Introductory Consultation to assess the needs of the client and to gain an understanding of the client company and its position within the industry.

  2. Determine the Position Profile.

  3. Develop a Search Plan outlining the major steps of the search and to set mutually agreed upon dates within which to accomplish certain objectives.

  4. Target and Recruit the candidates identified through our database, our extensive industry contacts, or their reputation in the industry.

  5. Review Potential Candidates with the client.

  6. Arrange Personal Interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and their motivation.

  7. Presentation of Candidates to the client along with Reference taking.

  8. Client Interviews select candidates.

  9. Offer Presentation and Candidate Closing.

  10. Follow-Up with both candidate and client to insure a smooth transition.
