Joseph Radice
President

Joe is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and holds a MBA degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He served on active duty as a Lieutenant in the United States Army.

Joe’s industry experience includes eleven years of senior management in corporate food service and seven years as Director of Sales and Marketing for a hospitality technology company. He also owned and managed a fine dining restaurant and an off-premise catering company.

Joe assumed responsibility for the Manhattan office of Hospitality International in 1992 and became president in 1997. His broad range of hospitality industry experience, his years of recruiting on both a national and local level, and his many industry contacts, contribute to the firm’s ability to search in depth and effectively in all segments of the industry.

Joe is a spokesperson for the hospitality search industry. He has participated as a national conference panelist and speaker and has been a contributor of editorials to industry publications on the practice of recruiting.

 


Ron Provus
Vice President Development

Ron is a graduate of Michigan State University’s School of Hotel and Restaurant Management. His experience in hotel general management, food/beverage, and sales with Sheraton and Hilton Hotels provided him with invaluable knowledge and contacts.

Ron made the decision to develop CaterMate, the first software program for catering and event management in the hospitality industry. This provided him an opportunity to meet the leaders in the field of food service at colleges and universities, United States military clubs, hotels, restaurants and caterers.

Ron sold CaterMate to the CBORD Group, Inc., a leading provider of food service software technology. After CaterMate was added to CBORD’s suite of software products, Ron managed the CaterMate division as it evolved into EventMaster and NetCatering. Ron expanded the utilization of event software into convention centers, hospitals, stadiums and supermarkets.

Throughout his career, Ron has met with decision makers in the hospitality field. He exhibited and presented at all major hotel, restaurant and catering trade shows.

 


Tom Hilton
Vice President

Tom Hilton spent 30 years with The CBORD Group, Inc. a Foodservice Technology Company providing Menu Management Production Systems and One Card Campus Wide Privilege Control Systems.

Tom began as a Marketing Representative and held positions of Regional Account Manager, National Sales Manager and Director of Sales, National Accounts. Tom has been involved in all segments of “On Site” Foodservice Operations (College and University, B&I and Healthcare Segments).

He has served on Industry Advisory Boards for AHF (Association of Healthcare Foodservice), SHFM (Society for Hospitality and Foodservice Management), and has presented at: NACUFS, NACUBO, NACAS, SHFM, and AHF.
